1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Service (the Terms) describe the conditions on which a visitor may view and interact with the UNLIMAPI website, interface mockups, status pages, forms, text, graphics, and sample functionality (together, the Demo).
By accessing the Demo, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and understand the Demo’s limited purpose. If you do not agree, discontinue use. These Terms do not create a subscription, reseller, agency, employment, fiduciary, partnership, or payment-services relationship.
2. Demonstration Nature
The Demo is a visual and technical prototype. Product names, plan descriptions, prices, availability indicators, uptime figures, model lists, key-checking results, testimonials, metrics, and other commercial-looking elements are illustrative placeholders unless an authorised operator expressly verifies them in a separate signed agreement.
The key-checking form intentionally returns a generic rejection message. It does not authenticate credentials, query a provider, inspect an account, or determine an actual expiration date. The status page uses sample data and is not connected to production telemetry.
No visitor should rely on the Demo for operational, purchasing, financial, security, compliance, or business-continuity decisions.
3. No Sales, Payments, or Service Commitment
The Demo does not offer products for sale and is not authorised to accept money. Buttons that appear to initiate a purchase may lead to a neutral placeholder or third-party destination. They are not checkout controls and do not form an order.
Do not send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, credentials, or anything of value in response to the Demo. The Demo does not promise to deliver API access, tokens, keys, subscriptions, support, refunds, credits, or any other benefit.
If a third party independently requests or receives a payment, that transaction is between you and that third party and is governed by the third party’s terms. Nothing in these Terms converts an unauthorised payment into a donation or permits anyone to keep funds contrary to applicable law. Report suspicious payment requests to the relevant payment provider and competent authorities.
4. Eligibility and Permitted Viewing
You may use the Demo only if you can lawfully access it and are capable of understanding these Terms. Minors may view the Demo only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Access is not permitted where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, local law, or an enforceable agreement.
Permission is limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and granted solely to evaluate the interface and content.
5. API Keys, Credentials, and Accounts
Do not enter a real API key, password, access token, recovery code, private repository URL, payment credential, or other secret into any Demo field. Sample inputs should be fictitious and non-sensitive.
The Demo does not create accounts, store verified key status, reserve capacity, or establish access rights. A visual response from a form is not confirmation that a key exists, is valid, belongs to any person, or will work with any provider.
You remain solely responsible for safeguarding credentials issued by legitimate third-party providers and for rotating any secret accidentally exposed.
6. Third-Party Names, Models, and Links
GPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other names may be used only to describe or illustrate potential compatibility. Their respective owners retain all rights. The Demo is not sponsored, endorsed, certified, operated, or supported by those owners unless expressly stated in verified written materials.
Third-party sites, Telegram pages, documentation, payment pages, and external resources are outside the Demo’s control. A link does not constitute endorsement. Review the destination, operator identity, privacy notice, security, and terms before interacting with it.
7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Even though the Demo does not provide production API access, you agree not to misuse it. Prohibited conduct includes:
- attempting to bypass security, rate controls, access restrictions, or technical safeguards;
- uploading malware, automating abusive traffic, probing infrastructure without permission, or interfering with other visitors;
- impersonating the Demo, its future operator, another business, or a third-party AI provider;
- using the interface to solicit payments, harvest credentials, deceive users, or conceal the identity of a seller;
- copying the Demo in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation or authorisation;
- using any output or sample data for high-risk decisions without independent verification.
Access may be restricted at any time to protect the Demo, visitors, or third parties.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
The Demo is not intended to collect personal data. Do not submit personal information. A production deployment would require a separate privacy notice describing the real operator, lawful bases, categories of data, purposes, retention, recipients, international transfers, security measures, and user rights.
Ordinary hosting infrastructure may temporarily process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error information for security and delivery. The actual host and operator must verify and disclose any such processing before public launch.
Where mandatory law grants rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove those rights.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
The Demo’s original layout, copy, code, illustrations, and presentation may be protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred to a visitor. You may inspect the Demo for personal evaluation but may not resell, misattribute, remove notices from, or represent its content as an operational service.
Feedback may be used to improve the prototype without compensation, provided that the feedback contains no confidential information and its use is lawful.
10. Availability, Changes, and Termination
The Demo may be changed, suspended, reset, moved, or removed without notice. Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or intentionally simulated. No service level, response time, uptime commitment, maintenance schedule, compatibility promise, or data-retention period applies.
Access may be terminated immediately if use creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Demo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, compatibility, security, or uninterrupted operation.
No statement on the Demo is professional legal, financial, tax, security, procurement, or compliance advice. Examples and model information can become outdated. Independently verify all material facts.
No disclaimer in these Terms may contradict a clear representation or exclude a warranty that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Demo’s authors and future operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special loss resulting solely from voluntary reliance on this clearly identified prototype, including loss of data, profit, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, breach of mandatory data-protection duties, or any liability that law does not allow a party to exclude.
Because the Demo does not accept payments or provide a paid service, no contractual service credit or refund framework is offered by these Terms.
13. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right, remedy, guarantee, disclosure duty, cancellation right, refund right, or liability that applies compulsorily under the law governing a real transaction.
A future commercial operator must publish its verified legal name, registration details, geographic address, direct contact details, total prices, material restrictions, fulfilment terms, cancellation and refund rules, complaint process, and any other disclosures required for the markets it serves. A footer disclaimer cannot cure a misleading headline or sales flow.
14. Responsibility for Misuse
You are responsible for your own unlawful misuse of the Demo and for harm caused by credentials, malware, deceptive content, or payment solicitations you introduce. Any claim for indemnification is limited to the extent lawful and proportionate and does not apply to harm caused by the Demo operator’s own unlawful conduct.
15. Changes to These Terms
The prototype terms may be revised as the design evolves. The effective date and version will be updated when material changes are made. Continued viewing after a revision indicates acknowledgement of the revised demonstration conditions, but does not create a paid service contract.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
No governing-law or exclusive-jurisdiction clause is asserted while the legal operator remains unverified. Mandatory law determines any rights that cannot be chosen by contract. Before a commercial release, qualified counsel should select lawful, fair, and enforceable dispute terms appropriate to the verified operator and target markets.
17. Severability and Entire Understanding
If a provision is found unenforceable, it should be limited only as necessary, and the remaining provisions continue to describe the Demo’s intended operation. These Terms, together with the conspicuous demonstration notice, state the entire understanding about viewing this prototype and supersede inconsistent informal descriptions.
